Blades, maintenance, and repairs are all handled and included. Nothing to buy, nothing to fix.
Off-season handled
When the grass goes dormant, we remove the mower for winter storage and servicing — then bring it back in spring, ready to go.

We walk your property
We measure the lawn, note the beds, slopes, gates, and hardscape, and build a plan for how it gets cut and edged.

We set up daily cutting
Your Iron Goat lives on your property and quietly cuts a little every day. We install and map it — no buried wires, nothing bolted to your roof.
- Step 3
We keep it that way
Monthly visits for hand-finishing and cleanup, all maintenance and repairs handled, and off-season storage over winter.

One-time professional installation: $129 (applies to all tiers). Lawn over 0.75 acre? Get in touch — we'll quote it.
Pricing shown is our expected launch rate. Final tier and monthly rate are confirmed at your free on-site visit, where we measure your lawn and check terrain, slope, and obstacles. Waitlist members lock their rate when they sign.
If you move
Tell us before closing. We remove the equipment and either transfer your plan to your new address in our service area or close out the agreement — no early-termination penalty for a move.
If you cancel early
Plans run 24 months. To cancel, give us 30 days' written notice. You'll be responsible for 75% of your remaining monthly payments, capped at six months — so the most you'd ever owe is about four and a half months of service. We charge the final amount to your card on file and come pick up the mower at no charge. Example: cancel an Essential plan at month 8 and you'd owe $806. Cancel at month 20 and you'd owe $537.
If the mower is damaged
Normal wear, breakdowns, and repairs are on us — included in your monthly rate. You're only responsible in cases of theft or deliberate damage, and we'll help you file with your homeowner's policy.
